Fixing Greenfeet UX and SEO
Greenfleet was being penalised by Google for not having a mobile-friendly website theme. So I made their existing theme using Tag Manager, and new HTML/CSS/graphics passed the Google Mobile Test. I also worked on page name optimisation and stronger graphics, which led to Google referrals rising from under 10 to over 500 per day. This resulted in a 66% increase in sales as they became more discoverable.
Next, I collaborated with a Salesforce developer to create a new Online Donation Form and Landing Page that were mobile-friendly, and to revise the checkout process and product grouping on the Offset Online Shop e-commerce site. For the first time, all of their products were listed online (including the new “Carbon Cover 365” product), and the donation page could be used on all device types, directly supporting appeals like the end-of-financial-year tax appeal.
While all this was happening, I managed the tender process for a new website built on Drupal with strong Salesforce integration. This involved working with a design agency for the brand refresh, collaborating with a Salesforce developer, and coordinating with several web agencies. I incorporated some of the new branding into the old website through a new mega footer and header.

Greenfleet SEO and UX fixes worked a lot better than I expected.
